Warranty

Every repair is backed by a warranty on the part and the work we did — if the same issue comes back within the warranty period, we'll fix it again at no extra cost. Most parts carry a 1 or 2 year warranty depending on what's actually in your device; where we don't have a longer warranty on record for a part, it defaults to 6 months. The exact length for your repair is shown before you pay, on the repair-selection step. None of this covers new damage (like a new drop or spill) or issues unrelated to the original repair.

VAT & Pricing

Every price you see from LynFix is final. Danish VAT (25%) is already included, and so is travel if we're coming to you. There are no hidden fees added at pickup or payment — the number you see when you book is the number you pay. LynFix is a registered Danish business, CVR 46577590.

Refunds & Cancellations

Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund.

Less than 24 hours' notice: since we may already be preparing parts or traveling to you, late cancellations aren't automatically refunded — message us and we'll work it out case by case.

If we're unable to complete the repair, you get a full refund. No fix, no charge.

Repairs that are completed and working as expected are final — but any issue with our work is covered under the warranty above, at no extra cost.
