How do I book a repair?

Pick your device and what's wrong with it on our price page — you'll see the real, all-in price immediately, no calling or waiting for an estimate. Then pick a time slot, share your address (if we're coming to you), and pay. That's it — no separate confirmation call.

Do I need to be home the whole time?

Yes — we repair your device on the spot, at your address, while you're there. Most repairs take under an hour. We won't leave until it works, and we hand the device back to you directly — it's never left alone with us.

What's the warranty?

Every repair carries a warranty on the part and the work — 1 or 2 years depending on what's actually in your device, shown before you pay. Where we don't have a longer warranty on record for a part, it defaults to 6 months. Full terms on our Policies page.

What if you don't have my part in stock?

The price page tells you upfront: if we already hold the part, you can book today. If it needs ordering, the earliest slot you can book reflects real delivery time (typically 1–2 business days) — we never book you in before the part can actually arrive.

What happens to my data during a repair?

Most hardware repairs — screen, battery, charging port, cameras — don't require your passcode or access to your data at all. If a repair does need it (like a factory reset or OS reinstall), we'll tell you upfront and recommend backing up first.

What if the repair doesn't fix it, or something's wrong afterward?

If we can't complete the repair, you get a full refund — no fix, no charge. If the same issue comes back within the warranty period, we'll fix it again at no extra cost. New damage (a new drop or spill) isn't covered.

What areas do you cover?

Anywhere in Copenhagen, with no travel surcharge within 20km of our workshop. 20–40km away, there's a 75 kr travel fee. Beyond 40km, on-site isn't available — but you're welcome to drop your device off at our workshop in Kongens Lyngby instead.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payment at checkout. MobilePay Business is coming soon.

Do you repair Android or Samsung devices?

Not yet — right now we cover iPhone, MacBook, Windows laptops, iPad, and game consoles. Android/Samsung support is planned.

My device isn't listed, or I'm not sure what's wrong with it
